I just got an email saying that I need to reply with my info so that they create an account in PR portal

It seems most applications in Ottawa CPC have eligibility passed but in Montreal it's not started (files haven't even been opened yet). Anyone seen an approval from Montreal recently?

I got my 1st portal e-mail yesterday and so far, no change to the IRCC application profile. I believe that only changes once the COPR is issued.
