I just saw this in a facebook group:

It’s COPR time
Here’s my timeline.
CRS score 472
FSW Inland
Claiming points for two NOCs 0621, 7284
ITA September 30th, 2020 (FSW)
Had to decline ITA after one month cause I made a mistake in my profile.
2nd ITA 25th November, 2020 (FSW)
Submitted all documents on January 21st, 2021 and received AOR same day
Biometric request February 12
Medical passed February 12 as well
After that no update at all, nothing got passed.
But on May 31st application got approved and received COPR.
Happy for the person but here we are waiting from last 9 months with no progress at all…!!

I'm FSW Inland and finally received my COPR tonight (around 7pm EST). I found out my file was approved through GCMS notes in April 2021. I'm an August 2018 applicant (so it took 34 months)... but I can confirm that they are processing and issuing COPR to FSW Inland applicants. Good luck to you all and I hope your wait will be shorter than mine!
Oh my…! you waited a long time dude..!!! Congratulations…! Happy for you….

I think we both are in the same situation since November. I remember you posting before. I called them again today to find no change in status. It’s going to be 9 months on 4th June. It’s really frustrating .
Yeah… !!!

Exactly my point . Not sure how they are prioritizing the applications. On one hand I see many folks on daily basis getting approval in 3 to 5 months . Mostly the folks applied after Non 2020 and getting processed. and on other hand people like us are stuck from more than 9 months.

Certainly feel for the person who waited 34 months. Congratulations !!

Honestly I am scared right now. I absolutely don't have stamina to wait for 34 months. Give state of affaires I have no clue what is written in future. Tried looking for in formation on government websites and other portals but everyone is doing guess work. There is some positivity when someone post good outcome but I have realized that we can't estimate our time based on someone else's post. Security and criminality are done by 3rd party and unless that is completed case is not going to move forward. These aspects are case dependent and I don't think they have specified timelines for these activities. Please share your thoughts ...

Yeah, based on current situation nobody can say anything with certainty, at this point its all speculation around FSW processing.. we cant do anything but wait our turn. Lets hope IRCC starts clearing backlogs as fast as possible. All the news around IRCC is encouraging so I think its just a matter of time.. In the meantime I would suggest to have a plan B ready. Like my PGWP was gonna expire so I have already applied for its extension and I am gonna visit my family as soon as the travel restrictions are lifted. I am not waiting for PR to come through for that. Lets hope for the best, prepare for the worst… !!! ☺

Yes that’s really bad. Don’t understand how they are prioritizing. Many applications are getting processed these days like in 3 to 4 months, where as we r endlessly waiting inspite of being in Canada. It’s really disheartening.

Hi -

I can see that your medical is extended , My medical will also expire in few months and based on processing time it appears to be difficult to get the decision in couple of months from now ( 9 months are already completed)

Can you please let me know how did you get to know about medical being extended. Did they sent you any notification OR you called them / web from to ask about the same.

was your application complex, that it took so much time ? I see that you filed well before covid came into picture.
