FSW Inland PR applicants

For inland applicants, there is no concrete timeline when we can expect after 2nd medicals update. There are so many people in this thread waiting for portal emails since months after medicals extension in the portal. However for outland, I see people getting PPRs after few weeks of their remedicals passed in the portal. We as an inlands having more disadvantages than outlanders instead of having advantages like CEC inalnd.
Apparently now the priority is ONLY PNP come one guys , are we really fools here to apply under FSW and being inside Canada ? 70% of the folks who got PPR from 1st Feb are PNPN candidates and majority of them are done in 200 to 300 days. What the hell is going on with this immigration system.

Yes, i was asked for POF and since i submitted it says " Review of Additional Documents"

AOR: 31 August 2020 (FSW-I)
VO: Sydney, then Etob.
Medicals: Done in Oct 2020, extended in Dec 2021
Got GU: in late January 2022 - criminality become passed as per agent
Got GU#2: today and then in a couple of hours received a confirmation email
I will encourage everyone to write to their MP - I wrote mine 3 weeks ago, they sent an inquiry to IRCC and got a response on Monday. 3 days after email landed in my inbox.

Looks like August 2020 AORs are starting to pick up steam. Got my email yesterday and just submitted everything in the portal today.
From when I replied to the email (9am) to getting my portal credentials (2pm), literally 29 hours
AOR: August 11, 2020
MEP: August 27, 2020
BIL: August 27, 2020
Medicals extended: December 9, 2021 (GCMS notes show this was enabled in September 3, 2021)
ADR: December 30, 2021 (Form 5669)
Portal email: February 9, 2022
Thanks man !! My Medical was extended on 3rd Dec 2021. No Next updates so far not sure how much more time it will take
Mine on Nov 30th. No adrs even post that medical pass update. Still waiting
my aor is sep 4 2020.
I submitted my ADR on Jan 12, 2022. It still shows "your documents have been uploaded". Not even reviewed
