I feel worried
You will get PPR in sometime; however apply for BWOP before PGWP expires.

My BG is in IP2 since May 5th. Same as you I called CIC and they told my the security check is in progress...
Here is another May 5th IP2. I was expecting to get the email in a couple of days. But here I am a week after, and still no PPR.

Me too. This waiting is a killer. May be our files are being assessed with the same officer? Have you called CIC to get more info?

It is very possible that our files are done in batches.
I actually have not called. I don't know if I am right, but I am of the belief that by calling CIC, we might slow the whole process down for everyone.

If any of you had this same situation or any idea bout this please reply
I had my medicals passed on 25 apr. and after 2 days BG check went from NA to "Next step is to conduct a BG check". Its been like this from 17 days, what does it mean?
Will it be IP1 next or IP2?
AOR March 6

Not necessarily.
You can't say "will", we have tonnes of people who get stuck on IP1 till PPR.
I have been on IP1for 2 months and uploaded RCMP on request in April.
Called CIC and was told everything is done except security, which normally is NA for BG but I am still IP1.
So it varies.

I agree. In fact, "Next step is to conduct a BG check" is unusual for FSW Inland. Usually, it goes to "Your BG check is in progress" directly after meds pass.

You get this because you submitted your RCMP upfront
In a couple of day it may change to NA
