You should get your PPR soon

Guys, my IP just went to NA from IP1.

Timeline:

Aor: 24th Feb
Meds Passed\BG IP1: 2nd May
BG: NA. 4th May

Does this mean rejection? If so, I don't mind as I have more than enough CRS to apply again. It's better to be rejected sooner rather than later.

You are lucky...in two days it went ton NA... which means r10 completed and A11.2 may also be completed....
Mostly ur file moved into Ottawa office.. check it on Monday by giving call or mail them....

Yup, I'll do that. How the hell did they complete R10 and A11.2 so quickly?

I assume it was going along with medicals...

Great! Keep us posted please. This wait is excruciatingly painful.

Congrats. Welcome to the club! 8)

Your overall timeline is pretty standard for an FSW-I. Just that it turned to NA quicker than others.

Now the best unknown wait from NA to IP(2) and eventually PPR. Nobody knows how long the VO will take to open and process our files. As of now, based on three cases it looks like they're working on applicants from around mid-Jan.

No news on Ricky, eh? He was last on IP(2)! :-\

Hi Zam7,

I agree this wait is extremely excruciating. I was lucky that I checked my profile yesterday. I did not receive any email notification for ADR.
So I started checking the MYCIC account twice a day.

I will definitely update my progress.

Cheers,

Hi Guys,

I am Jan 14 AOR. I have passed medical and my IP1 changed to NA in early April.

Today the background check changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Is this IP2? Should I expect PPR soon?

Thanks

Yes, you should. Congrats ;D

Thank you, Ashu!

But why doesn't it say that the background check is "in progress." Isn't it the message others get?

Also my eligibility is still under review... ::)

It says "in progress" twice; once when your meds pass and once right before your PPR. It's the same for everyone. Doesn't really mean anything beyond being an indicator for when your PPR is ready.
Your eligibility will remain under review (in MyCIC) till they approve your application (after you submit your passport).

Do you guys/gals know(estimate) how well represented in the tracker with respect to what CIC processes everyday? I feel very few PPR being given every (working) day.
