I am Pakistani, but i am Living in Oman. I am planning to apply for immigration. I am giving my educational details here so that you guys can reply to me.
Educational Details

Bcom- (2-years program from University of Karachi year of passing 2008)

Post graduate diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance (1-year program from University of Karachi, year of passing 2009)

M.A. in Islamic Banking and Finance (1-year program from University of Karachi, year of passing 2010).

Professional Experience Details:

I have been working since 2008 in a profession of accounting, auditing and financial consultant (focusing on Financial institutions).

I am seeking you advise that if i am gonna apply on the basis of Bcom only, WES considers me in which category? because i wanna calculate my points. Reason why i wanna apply through Bcom is that to register my maximum experience.

Second option is if i wanna apply on the basis of masters then in what category WES will considers me? (including bcom,pgd and masters, my total education will be 16 years).

If i will go with second option, then for WES assessment process will require only masters degree plus masters transcript which i will need to get attested from HEC? or it will require all credentials from Bcom till masters to be attested by HEC?

Please i am waiting for your advise.

YOur education does not need to match with your NOC. So you are better off assessing and using your master's degree. Masters will give you 23 points for education. Bcom will give you 21 points. Bcom+diploma will give you 22 points. SO, it's your choice how you want to proceed. Also, the only thing WES will do is tell your if your master's degree is equivalent to a Canadian master's degree, for example. And you won't know what your degree will be assessed as until they actually do the assessment.

Just word of caution though: if you assess your master's degree you don't technically have to send your Bcom (unless asked by WES), but it is a good idea to send both for assessment. IN case WES does not recognize your master's degree you have Bcom as a backup. As for getting attested, this will vary depending on country and cannot help you with that.

try asking the question at a WES specific thread for more answers/guidance. In addition to WES, there are two other credential evaluation agencies. Also see if they require HEC attestation or not.

Hi I want to apply for the PCC in muscat Oman, But they have asked me to provide the letter from employer. I can't disclose it to the current employer that I am planning to immigrate to Canada/Australia. Is there a way to get the PCC without creating any doubt in mind of the employer ??

what is PCC ?

By the way you cannot keep your employer in dark and immigrate, because at some point VO will contact your employer to verify your work experience.

Post graduate diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance (1-year program from University of Karachi, year of passing 2009) Assessor may count this qualification with BCom, if he does so, combination of these two degree will bring you equal to Canadian graduate degree.

M.A. in Islamic Banking and Finance (1-year program from University of Karachi, year of passing 2010). This will be evaluated as second graduate degree.

Professional Experience Details:

I have been working since 2008 in a profession of accounting, auditing and financial consultant (focusing on Financial institutions).

Reason why i wanna apply through Bcom is that to register my maximum experience. BCom is 14-years education which is not equivalent to any Canadian graduate degree. Please, do not think to get ECA report only for BCom

Second option is if i wanna apply on the basis of masters then in what category WES will considers me? (including bcom,pgd and masters, my total education will be 16 years). In my opinion, your complete qualification is equal to two Canadian post-secondary (or two graduate) degrees. This assessment secure you 22 points.

If i will go with second option, then for WES assessment process will require only masters degree plus masters transcript which i will need to get attested from HEC? or it will require all credentials from Bcom till masters to be attested by HEC?
