I am applying for FSW and wanted to know if I need to send all the documents mentioned in the visa office specific instrutions or just the ones mentioned on Document checklist - Centralized intake office pdf file?

Just the ones specified for the Centralised Intake Office only - Copy of international passport.

If this your initial application to CIO, NS, then just stick to CIO pdf file. If you are submitting your complete application and supporting docs to local CHC , then follow the visa office specific document checklist.
