HOW CAN WE TAKE OUR NEW BORN CHILD TO CANADA UNDER FSW IF THE FILE WAS PLACED BEFORE THE BIRTH OF CHILD? CAN MEDICAL BE CLEAR IF WIFE IS PRAGNENT?

You need to inform VO that your wife is pregnant and so the meds of your wife and child would be done later after childbirth. You will have to send the Birth certificate,Passport of your child, processing fess and updated POF.

Hi,
I am planning to apply for FSW this year. I have a kid whose birth certificate does not have his name on it. And also my wife earlier did not have surname added to her name so the name of mother on the berth certificate is without surname. Now I learnt that without surname we can face some issues so I changed my wife's name (surname added), do I need to change the name in birth certificate also? What can be the possible implication if we do not change the name? Can we submit an affidavit saying that the name has been changed?
