FSW-centralized - Intake -office letter

Dear sir,

I applied for immigration to Canada last year. Also I sent my entire document for federal skilled worker office in Canada.

After a few months I received below email. In this email they rejected my application and they mentioned they will send registration fee (550$) to my address. I know the mailing delay but I think it takes aroud 12 months. Please tell me what can I must to do?

i think you should write to them that you have still not received your payment. It doesn't take that much time. mine arrived in 5 weeks.

unfortunately, I dont know who is responsible I dont have any email address or phone number of them

Usually the refund comes in 4 - 6 months.
