Hi, everyone.
I just created my EE profile under the FSW program, my CRS is 351 which seems pretty low. I used my background to create the profile and I am also enrolling a college program right now.

I wish I can be invited before I graduate or at the same time.

So I want to increase my score by get a job offer but I haven't had a work permit yet.
I did some research about BOWP.
Could anybody tell me how can I get a work permit within Canada?

I came to Canada as a visitor and then I changed to a college student within Canada, so I have visitor visa and study permit at the same time. I always confuse that which status is my current status, visitor or student?

If you have a study permit and enrolled in a study program, then you are a student.
You can work as a full time student but work experience gained as a student in Canada doesn't count under EE. After you complete your study program you can apply for post graduate work permit.
BOWP is irrelevant to you now.

I am wondering if I can change from a visitor to a worker within Canada

You need to find an employer who's willing to get you a LMIA. Basically, the employer has to prove to the government that they can't find someone local, i.e. a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, to do the job, and they must hire you. There's time and money involved in this process for the employer therefore it's not easy, especially if you are in the country as a visitor or student. Unless you have some very unique skill sets.
