FSW Canada 2014 - ECA

I am new to this forum,

Can you please answer my following question?

I am a profession member ( Professional Quantity Surveyor ) in Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (CIQS), which is the higher organisation of Estimators and Quantity surveyors ( NOC 2234 ) in Canada. This certificate mentions as a diploma.

Do I need to do ECA for applying FSW program?

If you have earned this diploma from a Canadian Institution then you dont need ECA. But if it is from any country other than Canada you must submit ECA.

Can my Professional Quantity Surveyor diploma from Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (CIQS) be treated as a "Trades Certificate of Qualification" to get marks in CRS?
