I received a letter a medical examination on 6 July2012 . my case was changed. I want to know when the Egyptian embassy will send to me requesting passports in order to get a visa?

When you are checking your ecase do you see a line that says MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED
If yes then you will get your passport request very soon
If No so my advice is to send an email to the embassy to check your status

I need to know, how Egyptian applicants, or applicants in Egypt receive their PPR?

Through ordinary post or Email???
