FSW before Feb 2008 any updates

No updates....waiting for reply from CHC London.

My understanding of it is all applicants within that period wether you are apart of the lawsuit you would be included in your application being finalized. My application has not been closed so im still hopeful.

Dear Jewl1020,

I have not collected my CAIPS yet, but plan to send the application kit tomorrow. however, I am concerned about the interpreting of its code that weather it would be easy to understand or not.

hello mr. Juwel, I am syed here. I am almost following you in your forum because of your status of cic application is almost similar to my case which has been started from 2006. I an interested to join in your forum.
 
Dear Forum Seniors,
I am also one of the pre Feb-2008 applicants from Afghanistan. Today I have received my caipts note. Please help me in its interpreting which is as follow:

PSDEC: 1 04-06-2011
SELDEC: 0

They have awarded me total 55 points, without IELTS test result.

It is worth mentioning that I have sent all my original documents to Islamabad CHC on may 9th 2011. The deadline for submitting my documents was 22 April 2011 (60 days). I got one month time-extension till May 22, 2011. But unfortunately the IELTS test date was changed by British council to May 7,2011. So I sent all my original documents along with a ILETLS test registration slip to them and attached the e-mail of British council with regard to date-changing of test. Also asked the British council to send the result directly to them and than received the confirmation from both party that CHC has received my IELTS test result. But they have not awarded me the points for IELTS.

My IELTS result was as follow:
R: 5,5
W:6.5
L:6
S:6,5
Overall: 6

Please guide me what should I do now. And also give your comment about points for about IELTS result that I can gain.
They also have not awarded points for relationship of my sister who is living in Canada.

I am looking forward to hearing form you.

mr. syed, please get your CAIPS note as soon as possible to know about your status.
 
I am an applicant of April 2004 and did medicals in October 10, 2011 and expired yesterday. I sent emails to London office and their reply every time was that they are waiting for Background check results.
I have sent another email to them on October 4, 2012 and waiting for their reply.

could you please give your comment that whether my file be closed or they will reconsider it again as I have already submitted my IELTS test result and got their confirmation as well but I have not been awarded points. there is only 4 days difference with the deadline.
