CIC has released its data for the qurter ending Sep 30,2012 , and extrats is appended as below;

It should not matter if CIC stick to what they have posted then all backlog files will be done by end of 2014

Sir Minister has already said that they will accept VERY FEW applications from May 2013. First application submitted in May 2013 will come to Visa office by August / September 2013 . These applications will be processed from 2014 Visa Quota.

By October / November / December 2013 all FSW applicants (backloggers) , will be in active processing ie Medical Stages.

Lets Hope for the best.

that's just an anticipation -- and you can anticipate all you want, but it just doesn't make it true or realistic

No this calculation is based on working inventory updated at data.gc.ca, excluding rejected files by c-38 bill.
