FSW Approved but have not landed yet - Question..

Hello - Hope you all are doing well..
Need some answers
Me and my spouse are in US/H1. We received FSW approval Sep 2010. We have time until 27th July to enter Canada. I am planning to enter in June 2011. Unfortunately my spouse cannot leave the country now. I am the primary applicant.
My question:
1. Can I go to CA and finish applying for GC, can I apply for my spouse as well?
2. Since the date is 27th July will she also have to go to CA before that? (after I have entered CA that is..)
3. If I make it and she does not what are the other options, if there are any?
TIA

Pre-Assessed..
1. You can go and land as a PR and apply for your PR card. There is no GC in Canada, only in the US. You can not land for your wife. She has to do that herself.

2. Yes, she will have to land before her visa expires.

3. If she doesn't land before her visa expires, if you ever move to Canada yourself, you would be able to sponsor her. If she is visa exempt to visit Canada, she could come with you as a visitor but would not be allowed to work for the months that the sponsorship takes. If she is not visa exempt, you can apply for a visit visa for her but no guarantee to be accepted because spouses of PRs and citizens are usually considered a risk to over stay.

When you travel from the US to Canada they do not remove your I-20 when leaving the States (unless you ask them to do so).
Therefore if your wife is legally admitted to the USA, she can land in Canada and then come back to the States if her I-20 is not expired.
