FSW Application - Fees Returned (Applied in Aug-2009)

Dear All,

I have applied for Federal Skill Worker at CIO, CANADA in Aug-2009. My fee was returned after 3 months but I didn't receive any letter to explain why my fees has been returned ?? I only received DD of 1100$ and not able to understand what happened with my application ? Plz anyone suggest me how to query further for the actual reason of rejection ?? I want to apply again ASAP.

1. Check you email spam box to see if there is a refusal there.
2. Contact CIO Sydney, it is quite probable that the application was refused, and you never received the refusal letter.

I am checking my mail regularly but didn't see any mail and also I have sent a fax to them about my inquiry but no reply

try to contact your visa office and explain them the situation

i think they will inquire from CIO about your rejection
