FSW applicants 4 May 2013

Hello all,

Can some one help me please. Well i have been eagerly waiitng for this however highly dissapointed with the list of 24 occupations.
can some one help me where or will I be able to apply.
I have IELTS 8 with all category above 7.5 HOWEVER my occupation has not been listed..I am a Certified ISO 9001-2008 Auditor.
Last time it was there in the NOC list...
Or else my husband is a retail manager...Even that is not listed.

I am going to apply as a Principal Applicant and I am not claiming any points for my spouse Education, do I need to send my wife's Educational Certificates to CIC?
