fsw applicant new born baby

I m new in this forum .Need advise that my wife is the main applicant and our medical was on hold due to her pregnancy as cic has advise us to hold medical for all family member until the new baby is born .Now we have been bless with the baby boy cic only ask us in January the due date which we have provided them .Please advise the course of action we need to take now .Shall we inform them about the baby or shall prepare document and than inform them .

i was asked to provide the following documents

Please send to this office the following documents , within 60 days of the birth of your child, in order to include your new dependant in your application.
a) a processing fee in the form of a bank draft for C$150 for child, payable to "Receiver General for Canada"
b) notarised copy of the Birth and/or Adoption Certificate(s) of your new born
c) updated Additional Family Information form IMM 5406 for yourself and spouse. The forms can be downloaded from www.cic.gc.ca.
d) 3 passport-sized photos of your new born, refer to the attached specifications
