Hi
I'm the principal applicant for a FSW application. I'm also including my partner. We're in a common law relationship.
The FSW Guide for NS CIO states:
"Common-law partners must attach any documents that show they are in a committed and genuine relationship, for example, evidence that they share the same home, that they support each other financially and emotionally, that they have had children together, or that they present themselves in public as a couple."
I'm surprised that the common-law supporting docs have to be sent so early - ie to Sydney NS CIO as opposed to the visa office (in my case London) that will (hopefully) ultimately be sent my case.
Can any one confirm that the common-law supporting docs do indeed need to be sent with my FSW application to Sydney NS CIO?
