hi..i have questions about indian marksheets..do i have to do all the transcripts in sealed enveloped or its just ok with open transcript bcz my universityt doenst give out with sealed evelope so i am confused?

Hi,

I am not sure which university u r referring to , but you can always walking to the registrar office , present a envelope with university trancripts, seal it in front of them and ask them to seal and sign it .

I did the same for bangalore university although its a standard procedure at my university.
