FSW 2174 application - Is it too late?

Hello Seniors,

I want to apply for FSW under 2174. Next week i am planning to file for ECS.

I guess ECS will clear in 4 weeks (Am i right?). And i have already cleared IELTS.

So probably i will be able to submit PR application in second week of august. Currently 123 applications have been accepted in 2174. (Not sure how many still lying in queue. )

I have 3 questions:
1. Am i late in the process. Are there chances of cap remaining open for 2174 till the time i will file my application?
2. If my application is rejected due to cap filled, will my amount be reimbursed by CIC?
3. Approx after how many days, i will get to know that my application has been rejected due to cap filled.

1. No one can tell you for sure. But there's certainly a chance 2174 is close to capping.
2. Yes, your fees will be sent back to you.
3. Probably 2 months to find out if you were accepted or refused.

Your date doesn't make sense. You've written January 23, 2014. Which month did you really mean? 2174 is most likely going to cap once CIC processes June applications. So if you sent your application after June, it's most likely too late.

It is late to apply for this NOC please.
Check matching NOC as alternative
