what does the AOR actually mean? I know what the acronym is etc, but did they send you an email, a letter? what did the email/letter contain?

It's just an automated e-mail of acknowledgement from the VO. It says the same thing as mentioned in the PER letter.

The processing times for the Sydney AU visa office is 33 months! if this is still the case we're up for a loooong wait :'(

Guys according to the Spreadsheet Australia VO takes 7.3 months for the total process .. And PER to MR timespan is normally around 2 months and 8 days..

Thanks for the encouragement.. . . but what is "total process"? is it from the date they've received the application in canada? if that's the case, my app was received mid August...almost 7 months now.

PER received early december, no indication of MR or second line updated either...

anyways, nothing we can do....

According to site its 25 months which is not true any more Well you can check the spreadsheet and check the applicants processing time who are from Sydney Vo ..
