second line update : Under process - 4th March 2015
PCC Request : April 4th
PCC sent from me : May 10th

still waiting for MR Rqeuest

i have a question what is GCMS and how do i raise my query ?....i mean any mail id to raise our queries ?. plz lemme know. thank you


HI ,

GCMS is global case management system. it is free for Canada and USA residents . your Canadian frn or relative can raise it on your behalf. fee will be $ 5. standard time to getting reply is 40 days.
this GCMS will let you know current status of your file.

Hi all, let's say you receive the MR and PCC today (16 July 2015).
I heard that MR needs to completed within 30 days since you have received the MR email so that means you must complete the MR by 15 Aug 2015.

What about the PCC? PCC can take more than 3 months. I submitted my FBI background check request on 15 May 2015. Up to this moment, they still haven't started to process my request.

VO understands how things work and delays, all you have to do is to just let your VO know the situation and your VO will give you extension.

do you know someone who already reached the maturity of his processing time and yet no visa?
my processing time in my country is 14 months and this coming sept is my 14th month. I still have no MR.... pls advice

if u havent yet received mr... better apply for pcc now.. and keep it ready to save time it will be valid for an year.surely u shud get ur mr in an year.. if u did receive mr then yes u can ask ur vo to extend

Since then i have not receive any update from London Visa office. Does it mean my case is over??? As few of my freinds who applied with me got 2nd line update and documents request.

Hi all, just wanna ask you few things

1. What are the common factors (reasons) that may jeopardize or hamper a FSW PR application right (after the AOR)? Is it because the answers given during the interview do not satisfy the interviewer? Or docs are incomplete?

2. For those who were successfully approved, do you still remember what size of photos you submitted for your PR application right after AOR? For example total you submitted photo size 2x2" (3 pcs).

Depends on Visa Office, some got sooner than others.
