Hi...i may also apply in NOC 1123..is that ok...

No one apart from CIC can assure you which NOC is safe or not.

All I can say is 0013 is safer than 1123, so if i had a choice i would choose 0013.

Hi iamdare, I'm thinking of applying for 3233 (LPN) since 3012 (RN) is already in "Danger Zone". Do you think I will have a higher chance of getting rejected because I fit to 3012 but declared 3233? I don't know really how to proceed with declaring my NOC, if I still need to adjust my work experience proof since everything it mentions is mostly RN. I feel like either I choose, it's going to be risky--3012 being capped and already taken out from NOC list, 3233 maybe underqualified.
