30 days to complete everything including PCC? Pcc even sometimes takes more than 3 months for processing.
i submitted my request to US FBi on May 15 2015. It taken them around 10 weeks to start the processing.

In my opinion, you should inform VO about your recent family update. And doctor will inform your wife's pregnancy in his report as well.
