send PP through VFS . already 16 days gone . No update news . really tensed....................

for our case, our passports were ready for collection after 26 days since we submitted them to VFS SG.... maybe 10 more days or less to go..

I am a Colombo Visa office applicant. Done with my MR and TLU on 23rd May.

Since i am working and living here in S'pore, CVO asked me to provide a PCC from S'pore with my MR. I already sent it to them on 21st May.

I guess Colombo Visa office will verify my S'pore PCC with some organisation in S'pore. [i am not sure whats that organisation, but there should be some organisation where VOs will cross check the details of the applicants PCCs]

So now the question in my mind is that how long will S'pore side will take to clarify and confirm my PCC and confirm with Colombo VO?

I know there are lot of friends here who have submitted S'pore PCCs to their VOs and Please kindly share your thoughts with me.

So you submitted FBI PCC on 05/15/2015 and you got DM on 05/20/2015 ? You are very very lucky man, I submitted FBI PCC on Mar 27 and now still waiting for the 4th line / DM / PPR. What a strange behavior....

Looking at the spreadsheet, it appears that you and I received MR and RPRF, Medical received by VO... almost the same. Hmmm, the case officer who is processing my application must have been in extremely bad mood or lazy.

May I know your family composition ? I meant, you are a single applicant or you have a family whom will accompany you to Canada ? Thanks for your help!

U will get the status changed to DISPATCHED from VO once and then get Passport ready for collection status

just one question..does vfs tracking system will show all steps update or will show the final update like passport return back to vfs.

I got my pp request on 11 May. If I send to them then it will take one month to get back. Mean while for in a foreign country how can I stay without passport?

Once you submit your passport to any visa consulate or passport collection authority on behalf of any immigration office they have to provide you receipt of your passport submission.

That receipt of your passport submission and copy of your passport (hope you have) are enough for your valid documents to stay in any foreign country without passport.

i don't think they will do any verification regarding your SG PCC unless the result came back with some offenses made here in SG. As long as the PCC result says no criminal record found.. you're good.
