Hi Gurus!

I am rather stunned with the numbers & type of job related documents applicants sent with the initial app package still unable to convince case officer . A simple example can be seen below: -

1. Job Ref letter from MD in company pad
2. Employment contract in company pad
3. Salary statement in company pad
4. Joining letter
5. My card and MD's card etc

I am under NOC 2171 and have sent the following with my package (though still stuck at 2nd line for more than 3 months, no interview OR on-site visit): -

1. Ref letter on Co. Letterhead matching with the lead statement mentioning working hours/week followed by list of achievements signed by my HR manager
2. Updated CTC sheet
3. 12 months bank statements showing salary transactions

I am just curious as of what kind of water (if at all) I may be in.

A quick reply from me Bro that though you are in 2nd line position.
So your file already under process for security check.
Hope everything will done very soon and will get MR :) :)

Just be patience...

Wish you all the best.

I am also in same situation like u...sent ref letter with required info, pay slips and bank statement to show salary deposits for NOC 2172... nothing more... :(

May b we can follow the NOCs that asked for additional docs (ex, IT NOCs or Managerial NOCs), just to get an idea

Good for you mate :D. Alhamdulillah, you app processing seems to have a good start cheers!

Hi All,

Please make sure that your new REF letter with JD, Main Duties and Lead Statement should match with your claim NOC which are required by VO by 30 days notice time.

I have quoted my early post for your easy example.

Wish you all the best...

Hi,

Simply I understand that her job description/experience didn't match her NOC as well as her education.

For an example - if any one applied for NOC-0111, Financial Managers but worked in the position of “Manager, Corporate Banking” at HSBC, defiantly the Officer responsible for reviewing the application rejected it and supplied a brief explanation for her reasoning. The Officer felt that the job description and tasks for a Manager of Corporate Banking did not match the NOC-0111 requirements even though there were some similarities.

Thanks

Bangladesh Bank has raised the cash entitlement to $5,000

Bangladesh Bank (BB) has raised the cash entitlement to $5,000 from previous $3,000 for travelling abroad, reports BSS. The central bank in a circular yesterday asked all the authorised dealers to issue outbound Bangladeshi citizen cash foreign currency amounting up to $5,000 per person per trip against their annual travel quota. The non-resident Bangladeshi and the foreigners will also get the similar amount of cash US dollars against their related bank accounts, the circular said.

BB in April last year enhanced private travel entitlement to $12,000 per adult passenger during a calendar year, with up to $5,000 or equivalent for travel to SAARC member countries and Myanmar and up to $ 7,000 or equivalent for travel to other countries. For minors below 12 years in age, the applicable quota is half the amount admissible for adults.

Hello,

I have Received PER now.
Do you recommend I should wait until AOR before I let CIC know as I haven't receive Birth certificate or passport yet. these may take 2 month.
How long CIC take to reply of a CSE?

thanks

I M NOT SURE BUT MAY BE HAVE TO WAIT, BUT BETTER TO SEND

SGPO ASK A LOT OF THING ABOUT EXP TO DIFFERENT APPLICANT ITS REALLY ODD FOR US

Dear Senior
SGVO has rejected my application after AOR due to lack of required points.
My birth year was 1985. So when I applied for FSW 2014, I was 29 years old.
I should get 12 points out of 12 for Age.
But they gave me 10 points for my age!!!!
What is the logic behind this??!!!!
They have already closed my file.

How did you know that SGVO has rejected and closed your application?

Did they give any mail to you detailing your points?

JD of 0111 and 1111 has lots of difference. and for all of your concern

I have experience in 2 NOCs and I got points only for 1111. They didn't provide point for other NOC though 80% of JD matched with NOC. I think it will clear some confusion. and got this information from my GCMS note.

''I am qualified for Thirteen (13) units of assessment (for experience 4 years+) in this category as Financial Manager (NOC 0111) or Financial Auditors and Accountant (NOC 1111) or Other Financial Officers" (actually my consultant has written like this)

Your consultant is really super stupid Sir, VOs are really rushing and busy and if you write something confuse them, then they will definitely reply your not satisfied email.

0111 and 1111 are so similar isn't it? What do you wanna VO to do? Let VO decide 0111 or 1111? You should never write 2 NOCs in any explaination letter to confuse them.

Please just provide a letter ask the VO to focus on 0111 which you are applying. Never talk about 1111

The NOC which had been mentioned in the "12.b) Your Work Experience" will be used to assess "whether your application meets the minimum program requirements to be eligible for processing." It has been mentioned clearly.

I have a question regarding my renewed passport which I want to SGVO.

1. If I send through CSE, will it be ok?
2. If I send through CSE, then should I send the original passport scanned copy or notarized scanned copy?
3. Should I send the hard copy direct to the SGVO by courier mail?

Those who got visa and on the way to visa and all seniors, I like to have your opinion.
