Hi guys, for those who previously already landed.

If you happened to land in Vancouver Airport or Toronto Airport after 8 PM, would the immigration offices that process COPR and SIN still open?

I dont know in toronto, but you cant register SIN in vancouver airport. But they will process your PR once you land at anytime

PR cards and SIN are federal docs and can be applied for at any Canadian port of entry (Airport, border etc). If for example, your final destination is Vancouver, but initially you land at Toronto, you then have to apply for sin/pr cards at Toronto airport.

I have got GCMS report yesterday. I am a 29 Sep'14 applicant & unfortunately GCMS shows Security/Criminality check NOT Started yet though the due date was 03 Feb'15! I have noticed some points which I did not understand! Experts, could you please explain?
Due date:The date by which VO was SUPPOSED to complete tasks in that field.

#1 : In history, Application Status 2 : App Status reason - TFR - Eligibility, Due date - 22 Jan'15 ----- What does it means?
app status can be open/closed. Yours is still open because the file is in process
#2 : In history, Application Status 3 : App Status reason - In Progress - CP, Due date - 01 Jan'15 ----- What does it means?
app status can be open/closed. Yours is still open because the file is in process
I don't know, you've got this headline or not on GCMS? "Info Sharing"

#3 : Info Sharing 1 & 2 : Type - Biographic, Partner - USA, Status - NRT, Due date : 30 Jan'15------- What does it means?
they checked your biographics with FBI and nothing bad was found
Though I gave Police Cl. Certificates with application but it shows "0"
They gave me 71 Points.
On Eligibility Assessment 1 : Status - Not Started, Due date - 10 Jan'16.
visa office didn't begin work on ur file
And lastly 'On Notes' Showing (in short) :

Under MI(Ministerial Instructions), 12 files reviewed,
Doc's related to work on file : Reviewed but NOT verified,
MI 12 Eligibility Criteria : Met,
Supporting Doc's of Adaptability points : Reviewed but NOT verified
Letter e-mailed to address on file and
File to Visa office for further assessment/decision.

In my GCMS report, I saw a note entered by VO. But the text field is blank. What do you think why its blank? Is it the VO forgot to enter note details, or it was not disclosed to me??

Thank you very much for your answers! Basically I was wondering to know what does the abbreviation means like, TFR, CP, NRT? Thank to Almighty Allah that they did not found any bad with USA though I am a frequent traveler of US & both me & my spouse still holding valid US visa. And dishearted to know that they still did not begin to work with my file However, to let you know that I myself applied for me & never contact with any agent.

Blank field in notes means hidden

To let you know, my file was in review since I sent them PF in march 2015. PF was about my immigration history. They found me as a refugee claimant applicant, whereas I never been to Canada in my life. I know this is a mistake from their end but sent my case to be reviewed. Since March they didn't touch my file. After 7 months i saw from GCMS, the file is touched in October 2015. The last update made by review officer in December 02 2015 where the text is hidden.

They mentioned s.16(1)(c) on top right corner of the page where the text is hidden. I got some ideas on this section 16(1)(c) from google. But do you know, for my case what kind of issue this could be? how long this issue can take to get resolved?

Finally on last week, I have applied for GCMS note via 3rd party. 45 days is their maximum timeline. Actually after how many days there is chance of getting GCMS note? As I have no idea about GCMS note, can anyone suggest which are the most important fields? BTW I am a November '14 applicant.
