Its just a curious query from me.

If any applicant who has got PF and is certain that he cannot produce necessary documents or appropiate explanation, and he wants to immigrate to another country later on, is it possible to withdraw his PR application at this stage so that he can avoid ban or rejection which may affect his future attempt of immigration to another country?

You can withdraw your application at any point of time. Applicants who withdrew cant be banned for misrepresentation.

1.All requested documents, unless specifically instructed to submit an original, should be sent as an email
attachment to MANILA IMMIGRATION. Please refer to the section on Additional
Information below.
2.IMPORTANT: Submit documents by ONE method only. Sending documents through duplicate or
multiple channels will result in processing delays

At first, I also decided to do exactly what you suggested. But a closer look at point 1 made me confused. Doesnt it mean that email should be sent only if no Originals have been requested?? Take a closer look please. Also keep point 2 in consideration, as I cannot use only one method unless I decide to send hardcopies only, no emails.

Sorry for the late reply, as now a days i don't come to the forum that much. Well about your query i like to say that the instructions are very clear. They instructed you to submit those forms by email as a pdf attachment. Only the PCC will go through courier or by vac center. And if they mention any online link to pay the RPRF fee then pay online and send the attached pdf receipt by email. But if they instruct you to pay by DD then you have to send the DD along with the PCC. If you have anymore confusion then i would like to request you to go through the email again. Because it's a pretty much straight forward and clear instructions.

and read the point no 1 like this...."All requested documents should be sent as an email". Now the middle word is that they have instructed you to submit the original docs which is PCC. Apart from that they didn't tell you to submit the forms through courier. and they clearly told you to follow only one method. I hope you are clear now.

I submitted the requested forms and RPRF payment receipt by email.

অনেক আশা নিয়ে ২০১৪ সালে FSW আবেদন করলাম; মনে অনেক আশা ছিল ২০১৫ সালে আমি কানাডা নিবাসী হব। ২০১৫ সালের জানুয়ারী মাসের ৯ তারিখ যখন PER পেলাম, তখন মনে হল বছরটা বুঝি Lucky হবে। ফেব্রুয়ারী মাসের ৭ তারিখ যখন AOR পেলাম, তখন মনে হল ২০১৫ সালটা বুঝি Lucky 7 এর মত Lucky হবে। যা হোক তারপর শুরু হলো আশা, হতাশা, অপেক্ষা আর টেনশন। ২০১৫ সালের প্রথম ২ মাস বাদ দিলে বাকী ১০ মাস এর প্রাপ্তি আশা, হতাশা, অপেক্ষা আর টেনশন। ২০১৫ এর শুরুটা ভাল হলেও শেষ পযন্ত ১০০ ভাগ ভালো হলো না। তবুতো ২০১৫ সালে কিছুটা প্রাপ্তি আছে। আশা করছি ২০১৬ সালের প্রাপ্তিটা আরো অনেক বেশী হবে। সে্ আশা নিয়ে ২০১৬ সালের শুরু হচ্ছে। আমার মতো আরো যারা একটা Lucky ২০১৬ সালের অপেক্ষায় আছেন তাদের জন্য শুভেচ্ছা এবং একটা Lucky বৎসর এর কামনা করছি।

২০১৫ সালের Lucky ও Unlucky সকলকে HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016.

I think all of you overlooked their terms and conditions

Processing times will vary based on:

1. Type of application submitted;
2. Volume of applications received;
3. How easily we can verify information;
4. How well and how quickly you respond to any requests or concerns;
5. Whether the application is complete.

Many more people want to immigrate to Canada than the Government of Canada can bring in each year under our annual immigration plan. Applications received after the maximum has been met may have to wait longer to be processed.
