I would like to thank almighty Allah to allow me to share a good news in this group.

I have received MR today and my application timeline:

NOC: 2172
Received: 09-Jul-2014
PER:04-Nov-2014
AOR: 18-Dec-2014
VO: SGVO migrated to MVO
2nd line: 26-August-2015
MR: 16-Nov-2015.

Please pray to our almighty and ask for forgiveness for everyone. He is too kind to us.

I could provide more than sufficient documents against the second one i.e revised JD, letter from HR, Letter of appointments, Print media (newspaper cutting with my photos), Visiting cards of all concerned, Photo taken inside the organization I work, Appointment letter, all promotion, increment letter, salary fixation letter, bank account statement with my salary credit line etc.

But could do nothing against the first one, How can I prove that the JD has been created by me not copied from or done by any unauthorized agent. :'(

Is there any chance? If no, please request CIC/SGVO to reply soon, if you have any relative/friend working there ;D. I have other priorities in life except Canada. I can not wait any longer.

Regarding unauthorized agents, state that you did not understand CIC application process, and so applied via an agent, also say that you didn't know that the agent is unauthorized. Make an honest apology and offer to cancel the agent.

Secondly, get fresh reference letters from your employers. This time use the bullet points from previous letters and add two/three lines of paragraph detailing each.

Or get your old reference letters attested by the employer (attach their visiting card).

Attach all relevant documents that can be seen as evidence of your employment.

State that your employment and reference letters are genuine and offer CIC to verify the same via email, phone, and in person visits.

Finally, pray to Allah so that He helps you through this hurdle.

After PF letter or additional document request, you may need to wait 6 months to get their response.

Late may or early june'15 is our plan to move, may be in ON. It is "may be" as initial plan was AB. What about you?
