Unauthorized representative and authenticity of documents regarding employment?
I could provide more than sufficient documents against the second one i.e revised JD, letter from HR, Letter of appointments, Print media (newspaper cutting with my photos), Visiting cards of all concerned, Photo taken inside the organization I work, Appointment letter, all promotion, increment letter, salary fixation letter, bank account statement with my salary credit line etc.
But could do nothing against the first one, How can I prove that the JD has been created by me not copied from or done by any unauthorized agent. :'(
Is there any chance? If no, please request CIC/SGVO to reply soon, if you have any relative/friend working there ;D. I have other priorities in life except Canada. I can not wait any longer.
