as it became a habit in last few months to check ecas app, i did it once again few min back and surprised to see that my 4 lines status changed to nine lines and surely it happened between yesterday evening and today afternoon...

Client Application Status
Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 19, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 10, 2015. (AOR Mail)
3. We started processing your application on May 20, 2015.
4. We transferred your application to the Singapore office on January 5, 2015. The Singapore office may contact you. (PER Mail)
5. We sent you correspondence on July 8, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. It seems to me that the new status update format in ecas is applicable for everyone who applied under fsw14...


What does your status show? Is it 'in process' or 'desicion made'? Mine's still 3 lines (3rd line is 'medical received') but the status changed from
in process to decision made.. no PPR

It's showing "Decision Made", SGVO received my passport on 29th july and i collected it from vfs dhaka two days back on 26th aug....i think soon you will get PPR mail along with additional status updates (previously known as 4th line update) in ecas....

So far i understood from the new Ecas system uploaded by afsun apu few days back and Jubair bhai today that there is no much difference in the old and new Ecas system. afsun apu got 10 lines as she was requested for extra documents and Jubair bhai got 9 lines as he did not require to submit any new documents. Rest working activities of CIC are almost same.

So it is sure that new Ecas lines from now will be 9 lines and it will increase based on extra documents request by CIC.

However the main question now is whether CIC has changed the working pattern with new Ecas and SLU rainfall. If anyone,got SLU after July'15, gets MR then we may get a concluded picture of whole new system.

Sorry to intrude ,not a guy from this thread ,Since I sent my passports recently to Singapore VO so came across this thread .Just a question to all brothers who have sent their passports to Singapore VO after PPR or already got it stamped ,How many days usually it takes to get your passport back after you have submitted at Singapore VO .

YOU AND ME ARE THE SAME TIMELINE. BUT I HAVE BEEN CAUGHT BY THE BAD LUCK AND HANGING FAR AWAY FROM YOU.

I HAVE RECEIVED 2ND LINE THIS WEEK. BUT I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT YOUR 3RD LINE IS MY 2ND LINE. AS PER YOUR STATUS I SHOULD HAVE 4 LINES BY THIS TIME LIKE YOUR FIRST FOUR LINE.

I HAVE A QUESTION BASED ON YOUR STATUS. YOUR 4TH LINE SHOULD BE IN 2ND PLACE AND 2ND LINE SHOULD BE IN 4TH PLACE. ARE YOU SURE THAT THE LINES WERE IN THE SAME AS YOU WRITTEN.

AS PER YOUR STATUS I HAVE STILL TO WAIT FOR MORE 2 LINES. THEN FURTHER WAIT FOR MR. SO ITS LONG TIME TO WAIT.

they also asked me to provide Income tax documents for my declared employment.

I don't know what exactly they want, by the way I could not provide such document other than the one on pay slip which mentioned the taxes that deducted from my salary. is that enough? is there any thing else i can do?

Did you send Employment letter along with JD? Which Employment docs you have provided when applied?
You can get this information in your salary certificate. I think every organization provide it in June of every year to the employee to pay the Income Tax return. Deducted amount for TAX of every month's salary is written there along with your salary history for the whole year. Payslip mentioned the data only for a month not for the whole year. If you didn't get it, please collect it from your finance department. They are bound to give you.

If you have given the TAX then give the TAX certificates or payment receipts along with salary certificate.

This type of request already received one of my colleagues on 14th August except Income TAX information. He is July 23 applicant.

Though it is not a common phenomenon but its not new. Its not a hassle for new system for sure

Income tax document is also important for employment verification and verification of Income Tax submitted or not.

This document is also required for some province like Quebec.

It is also one of the mandatory documents for Australian PR application and have to provide along with application

standard time is 25-30 days, i got my passpost back in exactly 30 days but then again working pattern of SGVO is very uncertain in that case the timeline might even extend up to 60 days...

thanks for the wish and please don't blame your luck, they accepted you application because of your qualification and merit, now SGVO works in a very uncertain manner so if we want to blame someone then it's them not you...and yes, you are right till yesterday, my current 3rd line was as 2nd line in ecas but last night it changed to this new format and the sequence of 9 lines are exactly what it's showing in my ecas...so i believe once you eacs updated to new format you will see the same in your ecas...

i believe your next stage is MR unless they ask for additional documents rest two lines (PER & AOR) will be added automatically, so don't loose hope now brother, i am reading your posts for last few months and you truly are a man of patience and i hope you will be like this in coming days as well, you did whatever you can from your end so just keep believing in yourself and pray to god, i am sure you will get the good news soon...
