Yeap i had send my explanation letter. I hope they are convinced now. In the GCMS note i saw that after receiving my additional docs they transferred my file to another office. I didn't got 2nd line yet

After how many days did you request for GCMS notes after Visa Office receiving your additional documents?

I am preparing since i think i would require this PCC. i have worked in HCM for some time long ago.
From other forums, what they required is called Judicial Certificate #2 (Phieu Ly lich Tu Phap số 2).
Do you know how can I able to get it?

You should try calling the embassy in Singapore again on Monday to check if they offer this service and the time required. If they don't, you have no choice but fly to HCM to apply for it. I believe they require in-person submission and in-person collection which is in a couple of weeks' time. You may call them up in advance to verify this requirement. Make sure you have your national id card and the household booklet upon submission and the id card when collecting the certificate. You should do this asap.

kapengbarako, I'm Vietnamese, as what i see on vietnam goverment website, Judical certificate #2 can only be requested and received by you, you can not authorise others , you have to contact embassy or IOM to see if they have this service. need any help, just let me know

after one month I am writing again in this forum. I sent all docs and payment of my NBB on 18th May 2015 but have not got any hard copy (mail) or email receipt of payment from SGVO till now. I am very anxious about this situation.

If I will go for GCMS NOTE- is it possible to know about this adding NBB status. I sent CSE about additional docs of NBB 4 times and did not get any feedback from SVGO. dont know what to do

seniors and experts or any one who done this before, please advice me.

They won't provide any feedback on it unless they want any additional docs(i.e dna test for example). No need to worry.
