Hi guys due to short of time and being in abroad I am going to send my passport by courier and planing to get back in post office address.do u know how the visa office send my passport is it by any prepaid return courier service? Again is it track able? How can I be sure that they are sending my passport back? Any chance to get email? If missed any way what to do then? If not received where it would be?

I advice you not to send passport by courier. It is unclear how SGVO will send your passport back if you send passport by courier. It might get stuck at the
visa office for indefinite time. Also in some country it is illegal to send passport using courier. Since your living in a foreign country it will be very
difficult for you to live if you give away your passport without knowing how and when that will be return to you.

I would suggest rise the issue to VO and use VFS or other standard way to deliver passport regardless of how much additional time it need.

If my memory serves me right, he told us that he knew this when he received the MR from Manila office instead of Singapore. Looking at your time line, it's been 11 months since the application was received. With the FSW2014 aim on process completion within one year, you should hear from Manila VO very soon. I thought it was why your file was transferred to Manila as they have a shorter average processing time compared to SGVO. At least your application will have gone the major part before the first anniversary mark. Best of luck Ann477. By the way, just my curiosity, did you raise the CSE yourself or via your consultant (if you employed one)?

I raised CSE to both Singapore VO and Manila VO. I got a reply from Manila VO saying that my application is still in progress.
Does it mean that my file has been transferred to Manila as well?

Yes, i think your file has already been transferred to Manila VO like mine, otherwise you would not receive an email confirming your file under processing from them.

People are saying July applicants have been transferred from SGVO to Manila Visa Office for shorten the processing time. But I think file transfer causes the July applicants laggards.......

I know some one who has been refused today by SGVO with a complaint that some of the documents are not genuine. This complaint was raised after 40 days of passport submission. But all the documents were really genuine.

He sent all the documents again in last month, but today she is being refused with the same complaints. Noc 4011

Yes, she got her DM two weeks earlier and this week she received the passport back with a rejection letter.

What!!!!!!!! I am utterly appalled! Forty days after passport submission!!!! This is a sick joke or what! This sort of insensitivity knows no bounds!
