Hellwo dear all ,
Good day everybody , you know SGVO given me a mail about to inform my spouse application details when he applied for immigration in 2003 and interviewed at SG .
It is appx 12 years back issue ( he was single ) so my spouse don’t have most of the papers , just below papers I got after searching every corner of desk, drawer , suitcase and everywhere that our necessary papers keep in safe .

01) Application file # B 040 *** ***
02) Resume of my spouse ( submitted at that time )
03 ) Job reference letter
03) Bank POF copy
04) Fee payment copy
05) Application receiving acknowledge letter by SGVO
06) Call for interview letter
07) PCC photocopy
08) PP photocopy ( Jan 25th to Jan 29th 2003 prove that visit SG for interview )
09) Personal worth Statement ( what he submitted as they require)
10) All educational photocopy

Note : Not finding any FORMS photocopy .

Pls. expert advise do the above documents sufficient to submit SGVO ?? or they will think otherwise

Susan apu,
This is not expert advice but it seems you have given huge go to find all these documents.

I think you should furnish a cover letter where you will mention all scenario. You could get a letter from bhaiya addressing VO.
Then make a full set photocopy of all these docs neatly arrange by putting Cic letters on top and fedex them.

Hope it will not be act as any impediments to get your visa.

Have you been asked for any other documents related to Job verification/POF or any office verification after getting AOR, And was there any second line update on your ECAS? Please let us know.....

No, i had not been asked for any documents till now !! Coz I voluntiarily send my Job change details and child birth information after getting AOR!! My second line was updated in December !!
Praying for all other to receive the MR!!

Pls advise me..I tried to apply for GCMS note..went to the website, filled in all info, uploaded the form and got the message saying that I will be contacted when they assess my file. But since then I has not yet received any email to inform fee payment etc..did I do sth wrong?

Today I have received a letter from SGVO where it is written that they are not satisfied with my bank certificate & marriage proof; again they are asking to provide me my bank statement & Marriage proof. Now my point is, as per Bangladesh rule Hindu Marriage registration is not mandatory so that I have provided a marriage certificate from Upazila Parisad.

Now can anyone please tell me how Hindu Marriage certificate looks like, from where it need to be collected & what is the format/information need to be included in it.

When I applied I provided the Marriage Affidavit, Marriage and Reception cards and Marriage photos.

I do not know whether I will receive the same query as you.

My application date is 19 September, got aor and waiting for mr.

My Goodness. I must thank your hubby first to keep those documents. Hats off to him. You have everything you need. Why you are still in tension? Send all those quickly. Those documents are more then enough. . Congrats to you in advance. MR will shine in your inbox soon.

Hi everyone,

My application was received on Oct 8, 14 and cc was charged on Dec 12, 14. I received e-mail from SG visa office on Feb 18, 15 and status is still pending. Do you know the approximate timeline we will hear back? Also, I renewed my passport since there are only 6 months left before expiry date, do I need to inform CIC?

i provided a declaration of marriage from a lawyer & my marriage ceremony & reception photos. actually one of my friends suggested me to do that, as he followed the same procedure for australia immigration & got PR. But, i dont know whether this will be enough for canada. But, unfortunately, we have no other options.

Ashif vai can give us some expert opinion. But, i think if you collect a declaration of marriage from a lawyer, it will be ok. i can provide you my copy for reference, if u want.

Our Medical was examined yesterday by Dr. wahab.it costed Bdt 10000 for our four family members
SCB also issued the demand drat of PRPF on my request yesterday.the draft was of CAD 980.

I was asked to provide additional docs of 4 copies of recent photographs.

Dispatching the whole bunch today to SGVO.

I just received a letter from SGVO to undergo a DNA test for me and my son. Can anyone share any experience in this case.

Hi, I remember you told me we have almost same timeline but different NOC.
I guess have the same luck too...we were also sent a letter to undergo DNA.
Have you done yours?
