I got MR today. Based on the email, I need to pay RPRF via online.

On the cic's 'Pay your fees' page,

1. Select a category : I select "Permanent Residence".
2. What are you paying a fee for? : Which one should I choose in this list?
Is it this one? (Right of Permanent Residence Fee - Paying from Outside Canada - Not Express Entry)

When you click 'In Process' link, you should see the following in the next page.

1) We have received your application on "Date"
2) We have started processing your application on "Date'

Do you see that second line?

In my ECAS, there is no change. Only one line "In Process".

76 days since i sent my passport. No update yet. Worried. Any one, any idea????

I am in the same boat !!!!
Sent PP on Dec 24 from Singapore as I am in Singapore.
Received communication from SGVO after enquiry that its "still in process" and pending medical assessment for my wife.

I suggest to raise an enquiry to SGVO.

PS: They had mentioned that they take priority for those who have submitted passports already. But everything must complete before they can return back.
