Hi Guys! What is the best way to contact SGVO for an actual reply instead of an automated one? Is below email address a reliable way?

My query is about the fact that I wont be able to send required documents within 60 days time. I have received my MR, RPRF and Police Clearance email on Jan 30. Second line added on Jan 25 and Third line about receiving medical on Feb 5th. However, I lived in USA so my PCC from FBI/USA will take 4 months. I want to inform them about this. Also, I was wondering if I could send RPRF together when I received USA PCC or is earlier advisable?

Just to share, I was surprised to find a a 2nd line in our eCAS today:

Timeline below
App date received: June 24
PER: Oct 23
AOR: Dec 3
2nd line note: We started processing your application on Feb 18.

*NOC 2171 SGVO

Question: What does this line indicate - we have passed the points check and they are moving on to security and health check?

Its after AOR...And it is very random....So second ques is completely depends on the Visa officer....

So far what I've seen is, applicant with foreign educational credentials or overseas experinces are getting priorities. So those shall feel happy who has submitted PCC of US or EU.


It's just a personal opinion. Expert can opine more.

It should be 83 days after PER.But cases like me are there ;92 days after AOR has passed but there is no medical request.Whereas, 2nd line was update on November 14!!!

You can type of the first few pages, the notes section is equally important to decipher the stage with which your application has passed and have a pointer to the next stage.You should be mindful of blanking out personal details.

It takes only 10~20 mints to prepare a rejection email.

In mail server may be they can set timer for automatic mailing. ;D ;D
