True, there is no progress of 0111 as well, they look like working as per NOC priority

May be it also depends on the different factors while processing in SGVO, NDVO:

1. IELTS score(with Spouse IELTS)
2. Total points
3. Year of Experiences.

I saw in Global SS(checked 2173 NOC), most of the applicants who have higher score, higher IELTS band, and Experiences got the MR, PPR shortly.

I am not an expert but so far my knowledge you should provide paper based reply along with solid reference from different angle. I am 100% agreed with Rumel bhaia in this case. I believe your reference letter meets the lead statment and as per your NOC, three key words shall be covered i.e. Hiring, training and paying resources. You can provide email correspondence with other stakeholders regarding these. It is just an opinion, seniors can put more light on it.

First of all I would suggest you that not to worry about your letter received by today.
You need to handle it patiently where there will be no any dispute from your latest submission of reference letter.

You already received lot of feedback from seniors and collect all of them and deal with carefully.

As from me, I can only suggest to make sure the below points are include your latest reference letter submission. Also make sure all of the paper should be updated in the latest date of submission.

For employment reference you present have the following characteristics:

• The reference must be on the official letterhead of the company;

• The letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company and any telephone, telex or facsimile numbers;

• The name and position of the person authorised to sign the employment reference should be typed or stamped below that person's signature – a reference with an illegible signature will not be accepted; preferably a senior manager or above of a company.

• The contact details i.e. telephone number of the person writing the reference should be indicated on the letter.

• Business card/ visiting card of authorized signatory's is preferable to provide.

• The letter should indicate the exact period of employment (exact date is preferable, including whether permanent or temporary, full or part-time, state the number of hours worked in a week), position/s held, at least the FIVE MAIN DUTTES UNDERTAKEN and salary earned – positions should not be described by generic titles (eg research officer, public servant) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (eg research chemist, account clerk);

• Payslips from your current employment should also be included.

I am a June 19th Applicant. Got PER on 17th October & AOR on 20th November. No 2nd Line update till now, no MR/PPR yet.

My contract was renewed from 1st June 2014 but it was issued on 22nd August, 2014. While sending my file on 12th June to CIO I didn't have the 'contract renewal document' so I could not send it. After PER & AOR also I haven't informed SGVO about contract renewal as I remained in the same organization with the same role.

Now please suggest me whether I need to inform SGVO about my contract renewal? If yes then I need to make a CSE explaining my case with the contract paper attachment or I will just make a CSE asking them whether they require the contract renewal document.

thank you all for your valuable advice. I have mailed hard copy of the docs that I have gathered as evidence (including pay stubs, hr docs issued by me, hr tasks like disciplinary actions, recruitment process, exit procedures, letters submitted to me as hr manager, email communications) along with photos, my appointment letter, promotion lette, company id, visiting card etc. I could provide more docs about my tasks but it would violate the coconfidentiality agreement with the company. I didn't get the permission. Hope these will be enough. I have written a cover letter also.

But the post will reach on Saturday. I didn't want to waste time so emailed them as well.

Dont worry bhaia.

You dont need to inform anything. If they need any additional info, they will let you know.

As you already claimed experiences till 31st May, 2014 and points as well, you dont have to mention anything.

You have to only inform to SGVO if:

• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application

If you switch the Job then you have to inform them. Because if they inquire your Employment then they would not catch you.

Refusal of Application: Just Reminding

Applicants can be refused at anytime during the process of the application, for any of the following reasons:

- Proof of language skills
- Criminal Issues (have a criminal record in any country)
- Security (failed background checks)
- Medical (failed medical exam)
- financial reasons (have less then the minimum settlement funds)
- misrepresentation (failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
- non-compliance (failed to provide any requested information/documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a Personal Selection Interview)
- inadmissible family members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as a dependent on the application form)

You are right mainly these are the resons. And among all these reasons misrepresentation is the reason because of which up till now most applications are rejected. Second most prevailing reason is that officer in VO is not satisified with your jobs and repsonsiblites.

You are simply waiting for action and getting depressed about the waiting period. Higher IELTS band and experience get preference?

Rumel vai, People who have 6.5 (same as you) have also gotten MR/PPR. Don't worry I think they are processing mostly in sequence and some small stuck up and they go ahead to other application. Then come back again to that and send email to clarify.
Lets trust the CIC people and VO people - they are professionals and no one application is better than another when complete and meeting the points criteria.

If what you say was true, I have IELTS of 8 and experience of 16 years - what do you think ?

Suggest that we all go out on a picnic to Cox's Bazaar one of these days. I think Raisa Sister also loves that place very much and is missing it

Now, could you guys please give me some advice what course of action I need to take next? I just recently applied for passport for my daughter. It may take a month due to current situation. Do you advice me to wait until my file get transfer to SGVO or shall I notify changes to CIC upon receive of PER? Also please give me a details documents list, form and procedure of informing CIC.

Once you got AOR from SGVO than you must inform them.
