WHEN VO ISSUE AOR ? IS IT AFTER REVIEW POINT OR AT THE TIME THEY RECEIVE FILE FROM CIC.
It depends from application to application but chances of rejection are very slim if you have not misrepresented anything in application..
rare case of JD mismatch were also observed previously

Dear Sir/Madam:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. The processing of your application is almost complete. Before a permanent resident visa can be issued to you (and your accompanying family members, if applicable), you will need to follow the steps below.

Note: This letter is not a guarantee that a permanent resident visa will be issued to you. Upon receipt of items requested below, a final review will be done to determine if you meet all eligibility requirements and are not inadmissible to Canada.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION:

 Within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter, a medical examination must be completed by:
1. you
2. your spouse/common-law partner (if applicable)
3. each of your dependent children (if applicable)
Please follow the instructions sent to you in a separate e-mail message. When you go for your appointment with the Panel Physician, you must bring proof of your identity (government-issued ID card or passport).

After completing your medical examination and all required lab tests, send all the documents from the list below to this office in one envelope.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself & your spouse.

Payment instructions

• You must submit the fee directly to the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

• Please write your name and your file number (as indicated above) on the back of your bank draft.

• Singapore dollar payments must be made in the form of a CASHIER'S ORDER or BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to the HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA.

• Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of a BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Canada and made payable to the RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. Please also ensure that the Date of Issue of the bank draft and the Date of submission of your payment is not more than 4 months apart.

• FOR BANGLADESH: Standard Chartered Bank is the only bank in Bangladesh from which we accept bank drafts.

PERSONAL CHEQUES OR CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please pay the exact amount stated in our website http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/fees-frais.aspx

• Original passport(s) for you, your accompanying spouse/common-law partner, and each of your accompanying dependent children. See below for detailed instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR PASSPORT(S):

Submit your passports together with the documents on the check list above.

 Passports are required for:
1. You
2. Your spouse/common-law partner (if applicable)
3. All dependent children who will accompany you to Canada (if applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTES about Reporting Changes to your Personal Circumstances
Canada's immigration law requires that you continue to meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act throughout the immigration process up to and including the date you arrive in Canada. This means you are required to inform this office, in writing, of any of the following circumstances:
- A change in your marital status (marriage, separation, divorce)
- A change in your family size (birth or death of a child or spouse)
- A criminal charge or conviction for you or any member of your family
- Death of your sponsor (Family Class applications)

Before you submit your passports

 Check that there are enough blank pages in the passports to affix permanent resident visas for you and your accompanying family members.

 Check that you have ordinary passports, because permanent resident visas for Canada cannot be issued into DIPLOMATIC / OFFICIAL passports.

 Check the expiry date of the passports for you and your accompanying family members, because a visa cannot be issued with a validity longer than the passport.

 Fill out the form we have included with this letter (Appendix ‘A') and enclose it with your passports.

 If you or any of your accompanying family members currently holds a valid temporary resident visa, study permit, or work permit for Canada in an expired passport, please submit it with your current passport.

 To submit your passports, follow the instructions below for your country of residence.

You must comply with the above requirements within sixty days (60) from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the refusal of your application.

IMPROTANT NOTES about Visa and Passport Validity
You should ensure that everyone in your family has a passport valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the most recent full medical examination. Visas can only be issued to a maximum validity of 12 months from the date of your most recent immigration Medical Examination (IME) assessment. If your family has medical examination on different dates, the validity of your visas will be 12 months from the date of the first assessment. If any one of your passports will expire before 12 months from the date of the medical examination, your visas will expire on the date of the first passport to expire. If your passports will expire soon, it is your interest to obtain new or updated passports to ensure your visas are issued with maximum validity.

After you submit your passports
 Please allow one month for permanent resident visa(s) to be printed and affixed in your passport(s). Do not contact our office to enquire about the status of your application until after one month has passed.

Important: Do NOT commit to any travel plans, purchase tickets, or take irrevocable action such as selling property or terminating employment until you have received your passport(s) and immigration visa(s)

Dear Raisa Apu and to whom it may concern,

I would like to say all of you that this forum is a family. We are sharing all our happiness, sorrows, concerns and our status(application status) through this forum. Most of us spend a great portion time in this forum. But it is a great regret that we are having to see this kind of hostility and pinching post.
Bhai or Bon, we are here to help each other and share our own feelings, concerns and knowledge.
If anyone dont like any post then dont reply and We all here are not consultant. We all are learning here from each other.
If someone has mistakes other should convey the message in righteous way so that he/she can correct himself or herself.
There are also seniors who know better. So, if we dont know anything better or dont have correct information then we should not share anything and keep those things for the seniors' comments so that everyone can go through in right way.

Please keep the forum as like family, dont break it down because of misbehavior, hostility or pinching post.

I hope you would understand the matter and take it seriously. Please pardon me if I am hurting you.

Thanks to all
Hi Rumel brother,

You are absolutely right and appreciate your feedback.

We are very much matured reason we are applying for another country’s residency. We are educated and skilled reason other country is selecting us…. But if we treat in opposite behavior to each other it seems we are nothing and our status shouldn’t be improved anytime to anywhere. Again it is questioning that in which country we are living and how our next generation will learn from us.

What is the meaning of “Good +1” or “Poor -1” comments “Mark” on this forum. Honestly it doesn’t mean to me. I have also received (-1) SO WHAT !!! May be my comments was not perfect for somebody…. In this forum someone knows better than other reason everyone sharing the info. It doesn’t mean that it is good or bad and even if someone puts “poor” comments on my post then what will happen… Actually nothing… the poor mark can’t change anybody’s status but if someone inform about poor comments it will be good to know from the perfect/accurate information. Then the person can learn from his/her comments and future can help to other.

We will not be here in our whole life but I wish this blog will be continue till end of life.

Requesting to all brothers, sisters, seniors and friends please let start again without throwing any bad word or comments through this forum. This forum is like different world, as a family where everyone can get their happiness, good comments, good wishes… etc, then why we make it dirty.

Cheers guys you can make a very good another world from here and that is our main moto…..for our future….

Thanks you all for your patience… :) :) :) :)

Do you need +1 from me !!!! :p :p :p

Hi,

I need some expert opinion on Proof of Fund.

After sending the application I got married and I will update VO to add my spouse with the application this month.

Now the problem is, there are lots of transaction in the last 6 month and I broke the fixed deposits that I had shown previously. I also put some money to my wife's newly created bank account. My wife doesn't had a bank account previously and the newly created account has only 1 month of life span.

I will show the POF using both my account and my wife's account when I send VO the updated docs. Will this be a problem?

Should I send only the bank certificate or bank certificate + bank statements for both of us?

Also note the amount that I showed initially does cover for both person considering the devaluation of Canadian dollar. So if I to skip sending the update POF will that be a issue?

Please provide some feedback.

Hi Brother,

I think you better make another FD account or buy Bangladesh Bond either your name or your spouse name.
FD/BOND account doesn't required any statement otherwise small amount of time newly account created by your spouse name will not be justified properly.

That FD/BOND account's papers with Bank Certificate for enough POF for your further requirement.

Hope that will help for an example... :) :) :)

Brother,

Lots of transaction doesn't matter and encashing of FD also doesn't matter. As FD is a form of liquid money it can be encashed at any time. So don't worry about that brother. The main thing is whether you have money for 2 persons or not. And you cannot show your wife's a/c as a proof of fund as you are the main applicant. You cannot borrow money as per CIC. So it'll be seen as borrowing from your wife. And as you said that you transferred some of your money to your wife's a/c you still can take back that money to your a/c. Current devaluation is helping you. But you have to calculate the currency when you'll take the statement. So plan that accordingly. Don't worry about other things.

Nope vaia,

For completion ur eligibility assessment they have asked u for additional docs (like POF in ur case)....

If they satisfied after rcving ur updated docs then u will be passed for this stage and u will get second line on ur ECAS.....

Thanks for your feedback.

But one question, since I am adding my spouse with my application to accompany me, why can't I show her account summary as a Proof of fund. As far as I know if spouse is accompany you than you can use spouse's account with your proof of fund. That's why I put some money on the spouse account to make the case strong. I was actually thought that SGVO will take at least a year to process the application like FSW 2013 and I will have enough time to deal with this fund problem but unfortunately things are rolling fast.
