FSW 2014- SECOND LINE AND AWAITING MR

Dear Friends,

I am Duli Chand Poddar (DCP) thanking all of you for your kind support, guidance and/or help in any manner. I had applied for FSW 2014 on November 2014. My NOC is 2172 and timelines are:

1. Application Date: 28th Nov 2014
2. PER date: 16th Feb 2015
3. AOR date: 16th Mar 2015
4. Second Line: 2nd May 2015
5. Medical Request: 6th May 2015
6. Medical Done: 10th May 2015
7. Third Line: 20th May 2015
8. DM/PPR: 30th July 2015

I am planning to relocate to Vancouver on last week of November 2015. Since Vancouver is the best place to live in Canada, North America or Globally. Vancouver is also one of the most beautiful cities in Canada or North America with ample opportunity for varieties domain expertise, tourism and businesses.

My brother is living in Vancouver from past 15 years and holds citizenship of Canada. I request you to let me or my brother know if you need any kind of help/support for your relocation. The support includes but not limited to, medical insurance on arrival, apartment rental, initial and basic requirements, opening accounts, buying vehicles, etc.

Since staying in hotel is very costly during the first few days, it is advisable to rent an apartment immediately on arrival. Please feel free to contact me if you are in India and planning to relocate to Vancouver. My timeline is
Application filed 12 Dec 14
PER 28th Feb
Documents of new Born baby reached LDVO 5th May
2nd Line update on Ecas 7th August 2015 which says "we started processing your application on 12th Feb.

However

I emailed London Visa office and they replied that your application is in qeue to be processed by visa officer.

Why did they update Ecas for 2nd Line?
What to expect next?

Anyone faced similar situation, please share your experience and timeline.

13.01.2015 PER recived
On 10.08.2015 i checked my ECAS and it was updated the 2nd line with text: "We start processing your app on 06.01.2015". Somthing is strange not just because they start processing 7 months ago but also because they start procesing before PER... i didn't sent an e-mail...yet...

Me too, I noticed the same thing this morning. I got a 2nd line update saying processing started in December last year, when in fact i got my PER in January this year!!
A kind forum member (on the LVO applicants thread) was quick to inform me saying that now they have changed the way we receive updates, the noticeable change being that applicants are now informed when CIC started processing, and NOT when your Visa Office started processing. which is why you will notice the date falls between your payment encashment date and PER date.
We dont know yet if we will know when our respective Visa Offices started processing or whether or not ECAS will have another line updated for that. It's anybody's guess at this point.

Hi Friend, I have raised a CSE, still awaiting a reply. I have clarified in the CSE that my application will be overshooting the prescribed timeframe this month. Lets c what happens, I would recommend you do the same if your file is running behind schedule... I am also applying for GCMS notes just to see where the file stands.

It can vary, previously SLU meant that you should expect MR soon as Local VO has started processing your file, but recently it has been observed that possibly SLU comes after your files is transfered to Local VO by the CIO. Thus does not necessarily mean that vO has exactly started working your file. Several people who've had SLU for months are still awaiting PR. Depends on your VO. Best of Luck.

What is the next step? How long will it take of Medical Request? Also guide how to apply for GCMS.
