Urgent advice needed
I got my per, but there is a mistake in my schedule A form. I have been rejected for USA n UK both visitors visa want to inform n change my form what shall I do? Pls help me. My agent says it's ok no need to worry. I think should inform ndvo. But don't know what to do and how to contact and where to contact.

Does this mean i dont have to submit all the docs again? Since my original ielts score card has gone with this? Or wll i have to do the process again?

As far as I knew from my experience in 2013 CAP was filled I got my all docs back and including my DD.

In your case they have spent TIME on your APPLICATION and found out that ... you are NOT eligible !!! As there is enough documentation and point calculations mentioned over the web they might have decided to NOT TO REFUND your fees !!

I don't know just my thoughts .... PLEASE TAKE SECOND ADVICE

My thoughts on this issue => If there is rejection mentioned on your current passport and you are hiding it => Go ahead and inform them.

If you are sure there is nothing on your passport , its clean and they can not find it relax.

Also take second advice these are personal views.

I'm so sorry to hear about that.

What you received was a NER (Negative Eligibility Review), this happens after they process your application and your points as per their calculation do not match 67. They retain your entire file and all your documents.

To Apply for Express Entry
- You will have to get a new IELTS report if possible or apply again for IELTS.
- You will have to apply for WES (Education credentials evaluation as per Canadian standards) or ask them to send a copy of the previous one.
- A fresh PCC (Police clearance certificate)

Yes you can use the same UCI to apply for Express Entry.

Congrats on your PER!

From the advice i have read on this forum from seniors, you should inform NDVO after they receive your file from CIC. Canada and USA usually share information about VISA rejections. While NDVO is processing your application they might cross check records. To be on the safer side i personally would advice you to inform NDVO, as seen on this forum they usually appreciate honesty from applicants.

To inform them you will have to send them an email, not sure which email address. Please query with Seniors on this forum.

You might have to send them an updated Schedule A form. Please re-post this same query on the below link and ask for advice from seniors, they will for sure guide you in the right direction.

u can get a duplicate ielts test report from British council if u submit the mail that cic has sent u stating that the original test report is with them.... express entry is an online based system.... u will need to submit all the documents only when u are invited by cic to apply

I had my 3rd line updated on 21st October and got ppr on 24th Dec.... u can relax.. your turn will come soon... all the best

It should be in CAP however why don't you try in Express Entry ?
If I am at your place and my FSW App reach in 3rd December then I would create Express Entry profile sit back and relax.
If you get invite then apply for VISA ...

Also, sir could you tell me how long it usually takes for the next phase i.e. credit card charge, PER and the later stages.
