Dear Experts

Please tell me following:
01. Did VO check about the availability of client in his mentioned organization?
02. Does they check work responsibility in company as per NOC? If i transfer/shift to other NOC in same organization?
03. Before receiving MR, can I switch/shift to new job? If i get good job in other NOC, will it effect my processing? ? ?

Pls advise

buddy, as a matter of fact, i am not even sure if my background was checked or not.. my previous org HR officials and my current org HR officias tell me there has not been any check for me.. yet i have recieved MR..

but may be different for different cases.. ill suggest you not to shift your job till u receive MR

Hell to everyone. I just want to ask something guys. My application was received on November 19, 2014 and I got PER on February 11, 2015. Last Wednesday my consultant sent me a message that the embassy has already sent my medical request and request to pay RPRF last dated July 14, 2015. My consultant sent me the medical request letter from the embassy. However, I checked my ECAS and there is no second line yet. It still says we received your application on November 19, 2014. Does anyone have the same experience as mine who received medical request but the ECAS is still first line? Thank you to the person who will reply regarding my query.

In a few cases it was seen that the VO has sent Medical Request to few applicants without updating second line. However, after the Medical was done and received by VO, the Second line and Third Line were both updated. Nothing to worry, and congratulation on moving to the next step.

Hello Dear,

Could you please be more specific?
What is the problem to change job before MR?
Informatively, it is a matter of nice opportunity for me, but i am not sure whether i will get MR & Visa.Should i leave my chance for uncertain PR of Canada

Dear Forum Members,
I have recently got my Medical, RPRF, Updated passports copy & Updated Info Chart request from LVO on 9th July 2015. My timeline is as follows:

Applied NOC: 0112
Application Filled/Received: 13th November 2014
DD Charged: On 16th Jan 2015
PER Received: 10th Feb 2015
SLU: 8th July 2015
RPRF/MR: 9th July 2015

I have paid my RPRF online & sent Updated passports copy & Updated Info Chart to my visa office, secondly we have also got our medicals appointment scheduled in the 1st week of August. My Online status shows as:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 13, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on July 8, 2015.

I applied from my home country Pakistan. Now I have a confusion in my mind that I received MR & RPRF request for me & my family on 9th July whereas in online status I got my SLU on 8th July 2015, so how can they send this in one day & have they finished our file assessment or there is something else left??? Have they waived my Interview??? What shall I expect next??? How much more expected time is left till PPR/Visa stamping. Please Help.

Hey guys, I just want to ask something. I am planning to take my medical test next week. However, I am worried because I have high uric acid level? I want to ask from those people who have taken their med test if uric acid is included in the test. If it is high, is it a cause of denial of visa? THank you.

buddy.. if the new job is a good opportunity for u, u shud switch job.. the max damage it can do is delay ur visa.. just make sure to update it in ur file online..

rest, changing job cant be a reason for denying visa.

i quit my job the day i got my MR.. once u get medicals, they hve checked ur details and verified them.. thats y i suggested to wait for ur meds.. BUT if the new job is a good opportunity, just switch ur job and update ur file.

well this is surprising how they can start processing on 8 july and send u MR on 9 july..though thats good for u coz they genrally take a month for it.. BUT the imp thing is as far as i remember, u have to submit Med in one month.. if u have appointment in first week of aug, make sure it is submitted before 8 aug.. 30 days to submit the rquired docs, thats what the mail says..

nope.. they don't even check uric acid.. so don't worry about it.

just make sure u DON'T mention it when the doc asks about ur health.

Applicants intending to enter Canada as permanent residents may be denied entry to Canada if their health or any of their dependents' health (whether accompanying or not):
Is a danger to public health or safety; or
Would cause excessive demand on the Canadian health care system or on social services in Canada

so don't worry.. get ur medicals done, don't mention it to the doc, may lead to other tests and delay.. but not to the denial of visa.

Hi seniors need ur advice pls

Have scheduled appointment in PSK on 27th jul for PCC in Ahmedabad. How long does PSK take to issue PCC. My passport is over one year old and hence they will conduct police enquiry.

My problem is that I have to send the PCC to CVO by 4th Jul. what if I can't meet the deadline? Will CVO extend the deadline if I request?

Regards

From my experience psk2 ahmedabad is fast.

ME and my spouse had applied for pcc and our appointment time was 9 30 am, i was out of passport office with pcc in hand at 10:00 am

but i think my passport was renewed recently, so they were quick.

But again for passport reissue we had adress change in my wife's address.. so with verification also they issued new passport in 5 working days (verification on 3rd day)

Hope this helps

Regards,
Aakash
