I don't have any acknowledgement from Visa office that they have received PCC for myself and my spouse. Do I need to e-mail or follow up with them ? Plz guide.

I think PCC are required at this stage. Just drop an email explaining all this and attach a soft copy of your UK PCC. Clearly mention that u have already sent the original.

Let's see wat is their response.

I submitted my application on 4th of August and got AOR on 4th of December 2014 and still I have not received any Medical Request

ECAS is updated:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 7, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on May 18, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

We have sent our passports via UPS and it has been received on June 10th. Yesterday we got letter from post that we have shipment from embassy to pick up so early morning we will pick up our passports that has been sent by snail mail. I am not sure if snail mail is correct term since it took only 6 days for them to ship it and arrive.

Although there is a chance that we got rejected I am quite positive it is not the case!
So next step is to plan landing asap!
