Hi, I have also recently received alongwith MR similar request from Warsaw on point no 3 regarding inclusion of former name of spouse in PCC. But no passport office shall give the PCC in former name, hence my suggestion you make a reply and given explanation regarding the same.
Seniors please comment and help......


1. Yes you need to send scanned copies of all pages and all passports that you have.
2. Once you pay the Visa fee you will get a reciept to your mail. You have to take a print... fill in the details like DOB, UCI #
3. You can take PCC from local address, but there should be atleast one prooff on your wfies name. Like Gas connection/ passport on curret address/ Bank account with passbook. etc.,


You need to send all these documents to WVO not NDVO as your visa office is WVO. The address you can find in the signature.

I received request for Medical and police clearance today 14th July.
I am asked to provide PCC for Kuwait ( I currently live here), Australia ( I lived here for 7 yrs) and India ( I
Have never lived in India)

I have an Indian passport ( Non residential Indian) , never lived there for more than 6 months but they mentioned for a PCC from India. Should I just just write a letter stating I never lived there for 6 month

I already have my PCC for Kuwait and Australia but not for India since I never lived there. What should I do ??

try with PCC from Indian Embassy from Austaralia...... not sure whether they will give you one if u didn't live in India for 6 months....

but i got my indian PCC from Indian counsulate in Chicago...

I am also waiting for the 2nd line and medicals, although I have received this week request for New Schedule A with history since the age of 18, and I feel better knowing that the VO is working on my application. But if I receive earlier than mid June MR it will be a great surprise for me

yes i went to sadhu wasvani. It took around half an hour. Doc will physically check u and after that xray blood n urine test. Thats it.

no nothing. Dr. Malkit Law. They charge according to the tests dey ask u for. Mine ws 4500 n for my husband dey charged 5300 n 1500 for my kid.

Any applicants from Chennai appeared for Medicals in Apollo Heart Center. Need to fix up an appointment for me,spouse and kid. Just want to know if 2 days is sufficient to fix an appointment.

Hi everyone,

Just got an email from HKVO asking for PCC, hukou and RPRF. A few questions:

- Should I expect to get MR in the next few days? (it seems strange to ask for RPRF and not send MR)

- I live in China, but I'm not Chinese, hence I don't have a hukou. Should I send some other document instead?

Medical Exp' - Max Mohali

Step 1: Take Prior appointment (they follow proper appointment schedule)
Step 2: Reach 10-20 mins in advance to your time
Step 3: Take along Xerox of First and Last page of passport of each (page which contain picture, name (first) and address (last) - "2 copies", IMM form (medical form which we get in mail from CIC), Original Passport.
Step 4: Reach Radiology Department Reception and inform them that you are for medical, they will ask for passport to enter into their database, after that they will ask you to pay fees and then provide you to receipt.
Step 5: Go to "immigration" counter on the back of Reception, they will take xerox of passport, payment receipt (which you just did) and again enter data into their system, during this step they will take your photograph too (and ask you to sign declaration then get it scanned from reception). Then they will handover you a document and ask you to visit PHP room for blood and urine sample (for adults) and only urine sample for kids.
Step 6: In PHP room they will take your document and ask you to wait, after few mins they will give you bottles for urine sample (do it and give it back), then again after few mins they will ask you to come for blood sample (they will check your passport in original). After blood sample you are done with PHP area. Go back to "immigration" desk.
Step 7: They will inform you to go into "immigration" room, in immigration room, they will take your vitals - weight, height, blood pressure, heart beat, eyes. then you are done with this area, go back to "immigration" desk.
Step 8: Immigration desk people will ask you to go for cloth change as you have to wear dress provided by hospital. Change your clothes and come back. Then you will wait for call for X-ray, after few mins they will call your name and get X-ray done. Back to "immigration" desk
Step 9: Immigration desk people will ask you to visit doctor already assigned to you sitting in PHP area with room number. Doctor will ask your about history, check eyes etc then you are good to go. back to immigration desk
Step 10: Submit your form to Immigration desk people and they will provide you e-enabled form with your picture and other details printed.

You are done with medical.
Suggestions: Take appointment of working days (it will take less time), take appointment in morning slot as everyone is energetic to work fast. You can have your breakfast and need not to worry.

Overall it was great experience as everyone is very supportive and helpful

If there is anyone in this forum dealing with the London office please join the London LVO forum and share your experiences.

We are experiencing massively slow MR after PER, some people have been waiting well over 200 days and furthermore the activity seems to have grinder down to a very very slow pace.

We need to encourage people to take part in an online petition or emailing the minister direct.

Appreciate your help in this if you already are active with this issue
