Congratulation Saurabh. My Timeline is as you but the difference is VO due to which you already reaching your final destination and we are still waiting for SLU and MR. Hope rest of your process move smoothly. Pray for us also.

Even LVO is acting strange my friend (19th november applicant) from LVO is already done with medicals and waiting for third line update whereas i am still waiting for SLU/MR/RPRF etc.. we both applied from within UK. its so frustrating but only God can help us.

Got my MR today .....thanks to everyone on the forum.....you have been of great support.

Need another favor though, in the corresponding email with MR.....CIC has asked me to send three documents:

1. Photocopies of all pages of passport for all family members. Is this normal??
2. Payment receipt of RPRF fee.
3. Police certificate(s) from India for your spouse and must include former name. (Now i know that the passport office doesnt write the former name (before wedding) on the PCC so what are they expecting here? Do i need to go the state where she stayed before marriage and procure this? Are there any other options?

Another question to those who had their files transferred to WVO......where do we courier the physical documents? NDVO or WVO office address:

Hey guys need advise. A friend who applied last September, had her application package returned to her. The letter attached stated that the processing fee cud nt be processed, however the bank draft was nt returned. The letter was dated February bt she just got it. Is there a case for appeal and if so, what is the process. Does the application have to be redone and and updated pof and police record submitted or does she only need to resend with cover letter.

I am asked to provide PCC for Kuwait ( I currently live here), Australia ( I lived here for 7 yrs) and India ( I
Have never lived in India)

I have an Indian passport ( Non residential Indian) , never lived there for more than 6 months but they mentioned for a PCC from India. Should I just just write a letter stating I never lived there for 6 month

I already have my PCC for Kuwait and Australia but not for India since I never lived there. What should I do ??

U hold a Indian passport, so that makes U a citizen. That's y U were asked for the pcc, so provide it. The 6 month rule is for countries that U are nt a citizen or resident of bt have otherwised lived there.
U can right the letter if U choose, bt y nt get the pcc if U can.

It is very strange, the idea of India does not have a record for their citizen. There must be. I mean you don't have to be in that country for keeping your record. Are you really sure? 6 months rule is totally non-sense. If you went there and kill somebody and escape, later on can you come with a blank record to India? or there is a record but they do not share with their citizens? How come citizens have different level of rights? Is it normal in India?

Congrats on your MR, please I'd suggest you go ahead and submit the PCCs of the countries you have with and with a cover letter explaining to them why you do not have the Indian PCC; ensure your explanation is detailed. Hope this helps.

wanted to update you guys that i received MR on 11st and just came back after completing medical checkup formalities at Apollo India. Should be getting the third line update by MOnday or tuesday . the hostpital will upload the results by MOnday. my timelines on the left for those of you who are interested. good luck all of u.
