Hi,
i am new in this forum & i need some help.
i am a 18-Nov applicant & received my PER on 10-Feb-2015. But since the PER... no news!!!
My online status is just showing one sentence "We received your application for permanent residence on November 18, 2014"
& i think my file is being processed by LVO.

anyone having the same situation?!! i am worried for this delay!!

Hold on lad lvo hasnt started november applications yet. You need to wait for another 1 month or so

There is no October Group So I'm writing here for an advice.

My FSW Application delivered on 28th Oct, 2014 received by DAN in Canada. Since then I did not hear anything CIC.

I sent them an email too but no response.

Please somebody's advise.

From ndvo. My slu on April 20. However I just realized that I forgot to mention about my canada visitor visa and student visa refusal in 2008 and 2009. But I renewed my passport after that and therefore this mistake occurred. How can I fix this problem? Will it be considered as mispresentation?
My consultant who is in canada told me strictly not to do anything now as it may lead to refusal and a ban for 2 years. What should I do? Really stressed.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Once the background check on your application starts, the VO surely will come to know about these information and then they can refuse due to misrepresentation. Especially your Visitor Visa for Canada.

I don't think there is any cause for alarm because before MR comes or along side your MR VO will ask for additional info; so my advice is for you to wait till then and correct the mistake at that time.

I'm in the same boat dear ... still nothing .. don't worry ... LVO is very slow

Dear Senior members, I am the main applicant and I have a query regarding my spouse sibling information..

My spouse's sister has changed her address recently, Should i notify the same to the CIC. Because this detail is captured in the IMM form for information on siblings(both applicant and spouse) in IMM5406 form.

Can someone guide me how to update this information to CIC. Any contact details, email id that i can use to contact.

PS: My current status is Second Line updated and awaiting for Medicals.

I received the PER on 11th March in NOC 0112.

Since then no update on the site....how long does it take after PER to get another update. VO is New Delhi.

After PER what is next step in the process? Pls enlighten.

Its not the right time to predict any update from NDVO. It will usually take 30-90 days after PER.

Next step would be 2nd line update in ECAS. followed by MR/RPRF.

I am in the exact same situation. Mine is with Sydney Nova Scotia. Where is your visa application?

Sydney office does not process visa application. Plz find out ur exact visa office it depends on ur location

Thanks for your favourable reply. But right now I am totally confused. Some members are advising me to raise a CSE right away before the VO finds out or my application will be a disaster. Where as according to a few members, I must wait for any communication from the VO as at this stage as it might be negative to tell them about my mistake now. I really don't know what to do. Can't take a decision. Please help.

Hello friends,

I submitted two applications on Nov 14th and got PERs for both applications on 5-Feb. the ECAS shows only 1 line for each application. since the PER, I got no news from CIO. My last call with them, the just informed that the files are transferred to CPC-Ottawa office to be processed.

I've couple of questions:

- In case of refusal, will there be any notification on ECAS? Does the 2nd line occur even with refusal?
- What are the chances of refusal at this stage and does the CIO communicate with the applicants or they just send the application back?
- Is there any way yo check the exact status and the estimated time to get the MR?

Appreciate your support to throw some lights on the above concerns. I'm really very much bored of this wait game.
