No Maverick it might take more time as per the updates am seeing.. WVO is taking 3-4 months from PER to MR. ( in between AOR also is recd).. May be it will not hold true in our case which i too want, but if it is the case.. the best way to spend this time is stop expecting for 1-2 months from now, thats how i am thinking to pass time, otherwise everyday we would think that golden MR mail is coming but in actual it is not. It will make us more impatient and we cannot concentrate on our current works..

thanks mate.....+1 to you. What troubles me is that almost all of the VOs are taking 3-4 months for MR these days so i dont know what should i hope....whether to pray that it goes to NDVO or WVO....not even received an AOR. And painful is the fact that my first app was filed in June where ppl are already receiving PPRs, and i have to wait for a further 6 months because my consultant made a mistake >:( >:( :( :(.

Try to call CIC and get your UCI number. CIO is replying after 60 days.

I CALLED CALL CENTER YESTERDAY AND THE AGENT TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE UCI NUMBER OVER PHONE.
WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR PER E-MAIL AND IT WILL HAVE IT.

shivang211, you just had a bad luck to come across a grumpy cio officer. try another time, they DO give an UCI over the phone, so many people got it that way.

maverick11, i feel the same way! i was hoping everything will be so much easier and faster after PER, but it is not! it is maybe even worse now, because we know it is just behind the corner, but we still need to wait, who-knows-how-long for it!
i am also very annoyed, since my second app, which was sent on may 7th, was rejected, because reviewing officer was lazy to read, and almost everyone from that batch have received visas by now!
i am so impatient! :S

I understand that feeling....and it was somehow easier to avoid thinking abt all this when i sent my second app but after PER i have become really impatient and dont know how to concentrate on anything else.....you atleast know your VO and i hope they process your app faster....pls hope for a faster processing VO for my application too :)

Actually everyone become impatient once the target seems to become near. But unfortunately PR means Patience Recognized.

What does your ECAS say by the way?

My ECAS status is exactly like yours. (We received your app......)
According to the timeline for CPC-O i believe that our ECAS will be update next week and 1 more week after that to receive MR.

Lets hope for the best.

Okay if your file hasn't been transferred to a visa office don't disturb anything. Don't contact Sydney about address change it might drag the application longer. Just wait until your file is in the processing visa office. I hope you provided an email so you don't have to wait for their letters... If you gonna contact Sydney for anything is to ask them what is the status of your file.

what did you guys tell the agent to know your VO, I called cic because I have a change in my job place address but he answered that until I get communication from my visa office any changes should be done through the cio at Nova Scotia and he did not tell me what my VO is !!
Should I call again ask straight about my visa office
please advise

Hello friends,

I am so happy to announce that today I have received MY GOLDEN MAIL - PER! 8)

The most important thing that I have to mention is that I have paid 2 days ago for a dupplicate of my wes report and the reason isn't that I have not mention FSWP on the initial application but just to remind CIC or to give them access to the online evaluation file. Indeed me and some other fellows from the forum acted this way and we really didn't know how this happen, but IT DOES!!! So if you are waiting for a long time for your PER, please don't hesitate to pay 33.9$ for online dupplicate, it gives you a big chance to receive tha golden mail!

I am very excited and I am not sure how clear am I :)
I'm so happy for you, Steli :)
Congratulations.

Hi Guys,

Seniors Need help in this regard, I have selected NDVO as my VO in my application. I am reading in the forum that most of the NDVO OCT to DEC applications are transferred to Warsaw or Colombo, If my file has been transferred to some other VO.
How it works,I am praying that I should get an interview waiver, however if an interview is scheduled where it will happen? whether in NDVO or to the Visa Office where my application is transferred too.

Please help me in this regard.

Thanking you

First of all chances of interview are very less..

if it required then your file will be transferred to NDVO
I AM SURE FOR THIS BECAUSE IN EVERY AOR MAIL VO STATE THAT THE FILE MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO NDVO IN CASE REQUIRED...
