How are the applications processed ? Is it by the date they received or they go by NOC ??

MY NOC is 2132. Application filed by my lawyer in Canada. And CC Also not charged yet.

Very confused. Should i file my application again under EE 2015 ?

Seniors Pls advise.

Application Filled/Received: 13th November 2014
DD Charged: On 16th Jan 2015 as per bank's Head office
PER Received: 10th Feb 2015

now what will be next???
