Looking at the current trend of CIC in everything, nothing could be said anything may happen. We could do nothing beside being hopeful and positive.

You could declare yourself lucky if you receive it within 60 days of PER and for else it may take upto 3-4 months.

It depends on your VO, look at the spreadsheet, there are average processing times for every VO.
