Im a Nov 26th applicant, waiting for charge to CC soon hopefully.
In the meantime , in Dec we had new born baby, so today, I could send updated IMM0008 ,IMM5406, PAYMENT FORM, PHOTOGRAPHS, and covering letter explaining the issue.
Do you think Im too late to add the baby to my application ?

No news is still good news As I told before, my friend (CC holder) just checked last night, It was no news. Because of difficulty for him, I have to wait for the next 2131 to have mine checked again!

Most especially during medical request. Inform them then and CIC will let you know what to do.

Dont send now wait for PER than raise CSE to your visa poffice stating the change in family composition and they will advise you for required documents to be submitted. Dont worry its normal
