I used CC mate and I would be lucky if I get charged. More so bcos I had sent updated fee payment form - rcbd by CIO after a week.

Hoping the cowboys would have included with the original application.

That seems to be true. Since 10th was Monday and lot's of applicants of Nov 07 have already been charged. It's now updated in spreadsheet too.

It depends on ur luck. There was a condition on form that ur CC should have validity more than 9 months at least.

M not demotivating u but keep ur fingers crossed. Did u apply on ur behalf? Or hired a consultant?

I hired a consultant. Yes I am aware of my credit card status. It will expire next year in fact. I just didnt expect that they would replace it with those "chip cards" without my consent. And they would deactivate my old one in 30 days. I couldnt ask for an appeal for the bank to extend the deactivation either.
